Due to the parking area being too wet to use the following arrangements need to apply:

PARKING

Please car pool to the MAXIMUM extent possible.

Cars should go to the arena and drop everyone off except the driver.

Drivers then should proceed to Harcourt township and park.

Shuttle buses will leave from the BP service station in Harcourt from 9:30am.

The shuttle buses will return drivers only to their cars in Harcourt.

START TIMES

Public entrants can start any time from 11:30am.

In order to avoid queuing at the start could Goldfields competitors please try to be at the start 90 minutes before your allocated start time, as we are trying to reduce your time in the elements. If this is not possible please come as soon as convenient.

The preset start times have been abandoned for Event 5.

ENTER ON DAY

ENTER ON THE DAY times have been brought forward by 90 minutes. 

Enter at Registration between 11.00pm and 11.30pm.

The Start is 1200m from the Arena, or 200m if doing EOD Easy.

No EOD starts before 12.00pm or after 12.30pm. 

There will be a Hard course (3.4 km) and an Easy course (1.4 km) available, but no Moderate course.

Mt Alexander – Approximately 80 minutes north of Melbourne, 15 minutes from Castlemaine and about 30 minutes south of Bendigo

Open granite terrain with areas of intense detail. Fast running on top with a spectacular downhill run to the finish.

OTHER

At the foot of Mount Alexander Harcourt Valley is known for apples, cherries, wine, cider and cycling. With cideries and wineries to visit, plus endless road & mountain bike riding options –there’s plenty to do.
