Are there late entries?
NO – we are not accepting any entries after 31 August. Starting 1 September, the team behind the scenes will be swinging into action to make sure that start lists are published, maps and bibs are printed, and all other tasks large and small, are completed for the 12 separate events that make up AOC2022.
Can I change my entry?
Before 31 August, you can change your entry yourself, in Eventor. You can change classes and/or SI stick numbers.
After 31 August, the only changes accepted will be for SI stick number updates. These must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You cannot change classes after entries close.
Can I cancel my entry?
Yes – but not in Eventor. To cancel, please email email@example.com, with details. If you are eligible for a refund, that will be processed first, then we will cancel the Eventor entry for you.
What if I miss the entry deadline?
We are offering limited Enter on the Day options at most events, on one Hard, one Moderate, and one Easy course. Entry and payment at Registration. Details will be published on Eventor and the AOC2022 website, prior to the Carnival.
What about special requests and add-ons?
You can ask for parental splits, hire an SI stick, order a T-shirt, come along to the Mapping Workshop and Carnival Dinner, and enter the Melbourne City Race Weekend! Click here for more information
How can I get help with my entries?
There is a lot of information on Eventor, including entry instructions and approximate course lengths. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org, with any queries.
